‘It will not pass:’ Tim Kaine says no to SAVE Act

'It will not pass. The Senate rules require for legislation that’s not primarily budgetary in nature to get… It needs 60 votes. And it won’t get 60 votes,' Kaine said.

Kaine said there’s a major problem with the bill.

'My primary problem with the SAVE Act is that it is estimated that it could make it extremely difficult for one in 10 registered voters, lawfully registered voters, it would make more difficult for them to register to vote,” Kaine added.'"
